RETURNS

 

We want every book to arrive in hero condition. If your order shows up damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

 

To start a claim, email Sidekickcomicbooks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first — returns without prior approval can't be accepted.

 

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email us and we'll track it down.

 

Because every order is fulfilled on demand, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Need to cancel or fix something? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order — after that, it's already headed to fulfillment.
