Refund policy

RETURNS

 

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — no villain-level fine print.

 

To be eligible, items must be unread, unused, and in the same condition you received them (bagged and boarded, if applicable). To start a return, email Sidekickcomicbooks@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover it and make it right.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers can take a few extra days to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at Sidekickcomicbooks@gmail.com.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
